The location was fantastic, right by a bakery! We had lunch at a nearby spot called Eat and tried some of their fast food. 🍔.

I had brand-new suite with huge balcony as well as microwave. There were a refrigerator, an oven, and a washing machine too.

The place was clean with a nice design and very amiable staff. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met needs, couldn't recommend more it...

We booked a deluxe suite for 4 nights, and it was very comfortable with a work desk, multi-channel television, dining area, and a bidet in the private bathroom.

The friendliness, helpfulness and flexibility of the staff, the relaxing environment, the comfort and the attention to detail, the central location, the good value for money. Overall a very positive experience, looking forward to go back!

it was a lovely welcoming hotel in a beautiful area, just off the center of town as well as the centre. all the staff was very friendly, tackled my issues. recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

The room was spacious and had beautiful views, essential amenities like central heating and a safe, as well as a variety of TV channels, set in a stunning location close to the town center and funicular.

Friendly, discreet, helpfull and stylish staff. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit etc...Beautifull and spotless spa ... Rooms are very well kept and services top class (change of towels, of gowns, arranging the room twice a day etc...) Free parking and as a whoe a nice stay...

Our room facing the street side was a bit noisy...but there are quieter rooms...

Bed could be more comfortable. There were no international tv channels such as cnn, or other English, German and French channels

The staff were all very friendly and attentive, excellent service. Our room was spotless and stylish with a huge balcony and a microwave. The property was in a wonderful location near the center of Bormio, restaurants, cable cars, and buses to hiking points.

The suite with mountain views was incredibly comfortable, featuring soft beds and a convenient iron/ironing board. the room also included an electronic key card and a spacious work desk. All services provided were exceptional, and the quiet location was a plus with London Heathrow airport just 0.5 km away.
